Use of Google Analytics
The purpose of processing this data is to evaluate use of the website and compile reports on activities performed on the website. Other related services will then be provided based on the use of the website and the internet. Data is processed on the basis of the website operator’s legitimate interest.
You can prevent cookies being stored on your computer by configuring the relevant setting in your browser; however, be advised that you may not be able to use the full functionality of our website. You can prevent Google from recording the data generated by the cookie and pertaining to your use of the website (including your IP address) or processing this data by clicking the following link to download and install the browser add-on to deactivate Google Analytics.
In addition, or as an alternative to the browser add-on, you can prevent tracking by Google Analytics by clicking here. This will install an opt-out cookie on your device. Use of Matomo
The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website is stored on a server in Germany.
Your IP address is anonymised immediately after processing and prior to storage. You can prevent cookies being stored on your computer by configuring the relevant setting in your browser; however, be advised that you may not be able to use the full functionality of our website
You can decide whether to permit the storage of a unique web analytics cookie in your browser to allow the website operator to collect and analyse assorted statistical data.
Use of script libraries (Google Fonts)
To render our content correctly and in a graphically appealing way across browsers, we use script and font libraries on this website such as Google Fonts (https://fonts.google.com/). Google Fonts are transferred to your browser's cache to prevent multiple loading. If your browser does not support Google Fonts or restricts access, content is displayed in a standard font.
Accessing of script or font libraries causes a connection to be established automatically to the library operator. In doing so it is theoretically possible – but currently also unclear whether and if so for what purposes – the operators of such libraries collect data.
Use of Google Maps
Detailed instructions on how to manage your own data in relation to Google products can be found here.
Embedded YouTube videos
We embed YouTube videos on some of our web pages. The operator of the plug-in is YouTube, LLC, 901 Cherry Ave., San Bruno, CA 94066, USA. If you visit a page with the YouTube plug-in, a connection is established to YouTube servers. In doing so, YouTube will be notified about which pages you visit. If you are logged in to your YouTube account, YouTube can associate your surfing behaviour with you personally. You can prevent this by logging out of your YouTube account beforehand.
If you disabled the storage of cookies for Google’s ad program, no such cookies will be stored when watching YouTube videos either. However, YouTube will also store in other cookies non personally identifiable usage information. If you want to prevent this, you need to block the storage of cookies in your browser.
Our website uses Google AdWords conversion tracking. If you reached our website via an advertisement served by Google, Google AdWords will place a cookie on your computer. The conversion tracking cookie is placed when a user clicks on a Google-served ad. These cookies lose their validity after 30 days and are not used for personal identification. If the user visits certain pages on our website and the cookie has not expired, we and Google may recognize that the user clicked on the ad and was redirected to this page. Each Google AdWords customer receives a different cookie. Therefore, cookies cannot be tracked through AdWords advertisers’ websites. The information gathered using the conversion cookie is used to generate conversion statistics for AdWords advertisers who have opted for conversion tracking. Advertisers are told the total number of users who clicked on their ad and were redirected to a conversion tracking tag page. However, they do not receive information that personally identifies users.
If you do not want to participate in the tracking process, you can reject to the placement of a cookie – such as by configuring your browser so that it does not generally permit the automatic placement of cookies or by setting it to block cookies from the domain googleleadservices.com.
Please be aware that you must not delete opt-out cookies if you do not want analytical data to be logged. If you have deleted all the cookies from your browser, you will need to place the relevant opt-out cookie again.
